Re-Engage, the Book


Leigh Branham and I have published a book, Re-Engage, about the latest trends in employee engagement. We’ve had the pleasure of studying a database of employers through our close collaboration with Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska.

After reviewing hundreds of thousands of employee comments and quantitative results from over 10,000 employers, we will be presenting detailed information about the six important factors, what we call “Signature Engagement Drivers.”
